Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Farm and Buildlink Kawakawa. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our process for returns and refunds.


1. Returns

1.1 Eligible Items

  • Faulty or damaged items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

1.2 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@farmandbuildlinkkawakawa.co.nzwith your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item is faulty or damaged.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, include the RA number on the outside of the parcel, and ship to the address provided.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or damaged: We’ll cover the cost of return shipping. Please email us freight details for us to arrange.
  • If you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are not refundable.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank deposit into your account.
  • Please allow up to 5-7 additional business days for your bank or payment provider to credit your account.

3. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or model, please follow contact us directly.

4. Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, doesn’t match the description or isn’t fit for purpose. This policy is in addition to your rights under the CGA.
